近日,省(sheng)教(jiao)育廳(ting)公示(shi)了第(di)三批(pi)山(shan)東省(sheng)職(zhi)業院校現(xian)代(dai)學徒(tu)制(zhi)試點(dian)項(xiang)目評(ping)審結(jie)果(guo),我院城市(shi)(shi)軌道交通(tong)(tong)系城市(shi)(shi)軌道交通(tong)(tong)車輛技術專業現(xian)代(dai)學徒(tu)制(zhi)試點(dian)項(xiang)目獲(huo)批(pi)立(li)項(xiang)。
為適應城(cheng)市(shi)軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)行業快速(su)發展對城(cheng)市(shi)軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)車(che)輛技術專業人才(cai)的(de)需求,今年(nian)起,學院(yuan)將與濟(ji)南軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)集團(tuan)在已有“訂單班”的(de)基礎上進一步深化校企合作內涵(han),開(kai)展城(cheng)市(shi)軌(gui)道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)車(che)輛技術專業現(xian)代學徒制試點。
校(xiao)企(qi)通(tong)過(guo)推(tui)進(jin)(jin)招(zhao)生招(zhao)工一體化,實施“產教融合,真崗(gang)實練”人才(cai)培養模式(shi)改革,建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)“雙兼(jian)互聘,雙向培養”師資隊(dui)伍(wu),建(jian)(jian)(jian)立“人才(cai)共(gong)(gong)育,責任共(gong)(gong)擔(dan)”管理制(zhi)度,構建(jian)(jian)(jian)學校(xiao)、行業(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)、第三方(fang)共(gong)(gong)同參(can)(can)與的“三層多元”考(kao)核評價(jia)機(ji)制(zhi)等,探索形成“互動共(gong)(gong)建(jian)(jian)(jian),雙向參(can)(can)與”一體化育人長(chang)效運行機(ji)制(zhi),實現學徒一次錄用率(lv)達(da)(da)到98%以上(shang)、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)滿意度達(da)(da)到98%以上(shang)、人才(cai)培養質(zhi)量(liang)達(da)(da)到國內一流,推(tui)動學院人才(cai)培養質(zhi)量(liang)提升(sheng)、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)(zhan)質(zhi)量(liang)提高、校(xiao)企(qi)良性(xing)互動促進(jin)(jin),為建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)具(ju)有(you)山東特色的現代(dai)學徒制(zhi)度,進(jin)(jin)一步提升(sheng)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)教育服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)轉型升(sheng)級、提質(zhi)增效能力和促進(jin)(jin)學生全(quan)面(mian)發展(zhan)(zhan)能力,服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)城市軌道交通(tong)行業(ye)(ye)(ye)和山東經濟社會發展(zhan)(zhan)做出積極(ji)貢(gong)獻。
