為加強師(shi)(shi)資隊(dui)伍建設(she),完善青(qing)年教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)培養工作,幫(bang)助新入職教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)更快(kuai)成長(chang),提(ti)升馬院(yuan)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)隊(dui)伍整(zheng)體素質(zhi)與能力,10月9日(ri),馬克(ke)思主義學院(yuan)舉(ju)行“師(shi)(shi)徒結對傳幫(bang)帶 青(qing)藍傳承(cheng)共(gong)成長(chang)”新老(lao)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)結對拜師(shi)(shi)儀(yi)式。學校黨(dang)委副書記徐冬(dong)出席儀(yi)式并講(jiang)話,宣傳統(tong)戰部(bu)部(bu)長(chang)杜樹元、教(jiao)(jiao)務處(chu)處(chu)長(chang)王秋敏(min)參加了(le)活動。儀(yi)式由馬院(yuan)黨(dang)總支書記兼(jian)院(yuan)長(chang)楊慧主持。

楊慧宣(xuan)讀了指(zhi)(zhi)導教(jiao)師和青(qing)年教(jiao)師新老(lao)結對(dui)名單(dan),明(ming)確了雙(shuang)方(fang)需要承(cheng)擔(dan)的(de)(de)義務(wu)和職責,要求(qiu)指(zhi)(zhi)導教(jiao)師要根據(ju)每個(ge)培(pei)養(yang)對(dui)象的(de)(de)具體情況(kuang)擬定(ding)詳(xiang)細地(di)培(pei)養(yang)計劃和方(fang)案(an)。徐冬向范瑞仙、侯(hou)成飛(fei)、孫明(ming)霞(xia)、張燕青(qing)、于帆5位指(zhi)(zhi)導教(jiao)師發放聘(pin)書。結對(dui)的(de)(de)新老(lao)教(jiao)師合(he)影留(liu)念,侯(hou)成飛(fei)、廖(liao)珮(pei)分別代表老(lao)教(jiao)師與新教(jiao)師發言。


徐冬(dong)在(zai)(zai)講話(hua)中指(zhi)出,提(ti)(ti)高(gao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質量,教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍(wu)建(jian)設是關鍵。教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍(wu)建(jian)設的(de)重(zhong)點(dian)和難點(dian)是青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍(wu)的(de)建(jian)設與培養。馬院的(de)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)入職時都經過了系統嚴(yan)格的(de)學(xue)術訓練,但在(zai)(zai)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)的(de)訓練方面(mian)有所欠缺。馬院實施(shi)的(de)“一對一”傳(chuan)(chuan)幫(bang)帶的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)導師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)制是在(zai)(zai)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍(wu)建(jian)設上的(de)一大(da)實招。他希(xi)望這次結對的(de)老教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)切(qie)實承擔起自(zi)(zi)己(ji)的(de)責(ze)任,不(bu)辱(ru)使(shi)命,不(bu)負重(zhong)托,認真(zhen)做(zuo)好“傳(chuan)(chuan)、幫(bang)、帶”工(gong)作,真(zhen)正(zheng)成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)年(nian)輕教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)領(ling)路人(ren)。希(xi)望年(nian)輕教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)老教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)榜(bang)樣,虛心求教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),積極進取(qu),努力提(ti)(ti)升自(zi)(zi)己(ji)的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)水(shui)平,盡快(kuai)成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)一名(ming)優秀的(de)人(ren)民(min)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。希(xi)望馬院在(zai)(zai)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍(wu)的(de)培養上抓細抓實,不(bu)斷總(zong)結經驗。勉勵(li)全體老師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)尊重(zhong)青(qing)年(nian)學(xue)生,熱(re)愛(ai)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育事(shi)業,嚴(yan)格按照習近平總(zong)書記(ji)“四有”好老師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)標準要求自(zi)(zi)己(ji),不(bu)忘立德樹人(ren)初心,牢(lao)記(ji)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)黨(dang)育人(ren)、為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)國育才(cai)使(shi)命,不(bu)斷提(ti)(ti)高(gao)整體教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)水(shui)平和教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)質量,為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)推(tui)動(dong)學(xue)校事(shi)業發展做(zuo)出貢獻。
