鐵道供電與電氣工程系扎實推進“大學習、大調研、大改進”

為(wei)深(shen)入(ru)學(xue)習(xi)貫徹落實(shi)黨的十九大(da)精(jing)神,根據學(xue)院黨委要求(qiu),鐵道供電(dian)(dian)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)氣工(gong)程(cheng)系持續推(tui)動(dong)“大(da)學(xue)習(xi)、大(da)調研、大(da)改進”,4月到6月期(qi)間,組織(zhi)教師分別赴青島鴻普電(dian)(dian)氣科技有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司、青島地鐵有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司、青島鼎佳電(dian)(dian)子有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司、積成電(dian)(dian)子有(you)限(xian)(xian)公(gong)司進行調研,深(shen)入(ru)了解企業人才培養(yang)需求(qiu)及學(xue)生就業與(yu)頂崗實(shi)習(xi)情況。

在青(qing)(qing)島(dao)鴻普電(dian)氣(qi)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司,系(xi)副主(zhu)任(ren)張偉、電(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)動化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)教(jiao)研室主(zhu)任(ren)劉(liu)勇(yong)與(yu)(yu)該公(gong)(gong)司簽訂校企(qi)(qi)合(he)作(zuo)協議(yi)(yi)(yi)和(he)(he)校外實(shi)習(xi)基地(di)協議(yi)(yi)(yi),并與(yu)(yu)往屆畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生進行(xing)深入交流,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)課程設(she)置、人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養方(fang)案(an)及(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生管理工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)等(deng)方(fang)面建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)(yi)。在青(qing)(qing)島(dao)地(di)鐵有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司,鐵道供(gong)電(dian)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師(shi)崔景萍通(tong)過(guo)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生、培(pei)訓科(ke)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)座談,走(zou)訪車輛段等(deng)方(fang)式,了解(jie)畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生和(he)(he)實(shi)習(xi)生適應工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)過(guo)程情況(kuang),掌握(wo)本專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)課程設(she)置、實(shi)訓實(shi)習(xi)等(deng)方(fang)面優點及(ji)不足。在青(qing)(qing)島(dao)鼎佳電(dian)子有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司,電(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)動化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師(shi)鮑建(jian)(jian)、劉(liu)凌通(tong)過(guo)實(shi)地(di)參觀、調研,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生在企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)情況(kuang)、企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)對(dui)電(dian)氣(qi)自(zi)動化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才的要求以及(ji)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)對(dui)高職教(jiao)育(yu)自(zi)動化技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的意見和(he)(he)建(jian)(jian)議(yi)(yi)(yi)。在積成電(dian)子有(you)限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司,系(xi)就業(ye)(ye)辦主(zhu)任(ren)曾慶(qing)磊、電(dian)子信息技(ji)(ji)術(shu)專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)師(shi)江軍對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生頂崗實(shi)習(xi)情況(kuang)和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生在企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)完成畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)設(she)計情況(kuang)進行(xing)調研,全面掌握(wo)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才培(pei)養情況(kuang)和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)及(ji)頂崗實(shi)習(xi)情況(kuang)。

帶著問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi),針對問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)調(diao)研(yan),聚集問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)整改(gai),是(shi)“大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)、大(da)調(diao)研(yan)、大(da)改(gai)進”的核心要義(yi)。鐵道(dao)供電(dian)與電(dian)氣工(gong)程系(xi)在組織教師赴企(qi)(qi)業(ye)調(diao)研(yan)過程中,始終(zhong)堅(jian)持問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti)導向原則,堅(jian)持求真(zhen)務(wu)實(shi),深入(ru)基層面對面聽(ting)取(qu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)員工(gong)、畢業(ye)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生意見建(jian)議,深入(ru)了解企(qi)(qi)業(ye)及學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的教育(yu)需求,堅(jian)決杜絕漫無目(mu)的、走馬觀花、浮光掠(lve)影式(shi)調(diao)研(yan),防止搞(gao)形式(shi)、走過場。對調(diao)研(yan)中發現的問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti),該(gai)系(xi)召開教職(zhi)工(gong)工(gong)作會議,直面問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)(ti),全(quan)面探討,明(ming)確改(gai)進路徑和解決方法。下一步,該(gai)系(xi)將(jiang)進一步加強領(ling)導,健全(quan)機(ji)制,強化督導,深入(ru)推(tui)進“大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)、大(da)調(diao)研(yan)、大(da)改(gai)進”,確保把(ba)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作落實(shi)落細(xi),完善修訂人(ren)才培養方案,全(quan)面提(ti)升教育(yu)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)質量,為(wei)培養優(you)質人(ren)才、助力(li)新舊動能轉(zhuan)換重(zhong)大(da)工(gong)程、書(shu)寫“奮(fen)進之筆”貢獻(xian)積極力(li)量。
