為加快工作落實,推進優質校建設,5月9日,我院召開優質校項目建設推進專題會議。院長秦河主持會議并講話,學院領導,優質校各項目組負責人,財務處、資產管理處、總務處、學生處、監察審計處、繼續教育與社會服務處、圖書館負責人,各系(部)主任參加會議。

副院長郭鵬(peng)匯(hui)報了(le)優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)整體推(tui)(tui)進(jin)情(qing)況(kuang),各項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)組負(fu)責人匯(hui)報了(le)9個項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)推(tui)(tui)進(jin)情(qing)況(kuang),資產(chan)管(guan)理(li)處、財務(wu)處匯(hui)報了(le)資產(chan)采(cai)購、資金支出(chu)(chu)進(jin)展情(qing)況(kuang)。會議指(zhi)出(chu)(chu),自優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)立項(xiang)(xiang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)特別是今年以來,學院把優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)作為工作主(zhu)線,加強頂層設(she)(she)(she)(she)計、統籌(chou)整體推(tui)(tui)進(jin),強化工作落實,各個項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)按照進(jin)度(du)全(quan)面展開,部分建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)任(ren)務(wu)提前(qian)完成預期目(mu)標,整個建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)工作取得了(le)重要階段性成績(ji)。當(dang)前(qian),優(you)質(zhi)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)時間緊、任(ren)務(wu)重、要求高(gao),建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)過程中(zhong)仍存在整體推(tui)(tui)進(jin)較為緩慢,重點指(zhi)標成績(ji)不夠突(tu)出(chu)(chu),個別建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)遇到瓶(ping)頸,資產(chan)招標、資金支出(chu)(chu)滯后等問題,必須引起高(gao)度(du)重視,采(cai)取更加有力的措施(shi)認(ren)真(zhen)加以解決。
院(yuan)長秦(qin)河對做好下一(yi)步(bu)(bu)優質校(xiao)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進行了安排部署。秦(qin)河強調,一(yi)是要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)牢(lao)固(gu)樹(shu)立(li)質量(liang)(liang)意(yi)識,把(ba)保證質量(liang)(liang)貫徹優質校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)的始終,切實(shi)(shi)把(ba)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)目(mu)標落腳到(dao)創新(xin)辦(ban)學體(ti)制(zhi)機制(zhi)、增強社會(hui)服務(wu)(wu)能力(li)、提高人才培養質量(liang)(liang)、提升學院(yuan)綜合實(shi)(shi)力(li)上來,工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)做實(shi)(shi)做細,成(cheng)效要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)務(wu)(wu)實(shi)(shi)可(ke)見,堅決杜絕(jue)搞“花(hua)架子(zi)”“空(kong)殼子(zi)”。二是要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)快(kuai)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)整體(ti)推(tui)進,強化時(shi)間觀念和效率意(yi)識,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)進一(yi)步(bu)(bu)加(jia)強對項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)的統籌協調、調度落實(shi)(shi),建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)任務(wu)(wu)建(jian)(jian)立(li)臺賬(zhang)、進榜上墻。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)正確(que)處理項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)和常(chang)規工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的關系(xi),必要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)時(shi)加(jia)班加(jia)點(dian)推(tui)進建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)進度。資產(chan)采購、資金支出要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)打好工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)提前量(liang)(liang),確(que)保按時(shi)保質完成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)任務(wu)(wu)。三是要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)突出重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)指標,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓住優質校(xiao)評估(gu)體(ti)系(xi)中權重(zhong)(zhong)大(da)(da)的部分(fen),在國家級、省級標志性成(cheng)果(guo)方面(mian)實(shi)(shi)現突破。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把(ba)核(he)心期(qi)刊論文數(shu)量(liang)(liang)等具有橫向可(ke)比(bi)性的量(liang)(liang)化指標作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian),健全(quan)(quan)激勵機制(zhi),強化重(zhong)(zhong)點(dian)補短(duan),推(tui)動建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)(she)期(qi)內多出成(cheng)果(guo)、快(kuai)出成(cheng)果(guo),提升學院(yuan)競爭力(li)。四是要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓好難點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)落實(shi)(shi),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)進一(yi)步(bu)(bu)創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)思路,對于難度比(bi)較大(da)(da)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)樹(shu)立(li)目(mu)標意(yi)識,全(quan)(quan)力(li)以赴攻堅克難,必要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)時(shi)尋找替代方案,確(que)保工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)目(mu)標完成(cheng)。對于確(que)實(shi)(shi)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)出調整的項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),必須(xu)充分(fen)進行論證,提交黨委(wei)會(hui)研(yan)究決定。
秦河要(yao)(yao)(yao)求,各(ge)單位、各(ge)部門(men)要(yao)(yao)(yao)牢固樹立一盤棋思想(xiang)(xiang),服從(cong)、服務于(yu)優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校建設(she)的(de)(de)大(da)(da)局,單位(部門(men))負責人(ren)要(yao)(yao)(yao)將優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校建設(she)的(de)(de)緊迫意(yi)識傳導給廣大(da)(da)教職工(gong)(gong),消除畏(wei)難和(he)抵觸情緒,把思想(xiang)(xiang)統(tong)(tong)一到完成優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校建設(she)目(mu)標、促進學校發展上來;創優(you)(you)(you)辦(ban)要(yao)(yao)(yao)進一步(bu)加強(qiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)統(tong)(tong)籌,整體(ti)把控任務完成進度和(he)質(zhi)(zhi)量;各(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)組要(yao)(yao)(yao)加強(qiang)與創優(you)(you)(you)辦(ban)的(de)(de)溝通(tong)協調,推(tui)動(dong)各(ge)項(xiang)具體(ti)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)往(wang)前推(tui)進;廣大(da)(da)教職要(yao)(yao)(yao)繼續保(bao)持(chi)緊張、有序的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)作(zuo)風,進一步(bu)樹立大(da)(da)局意(yi)識,立足本職工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)、弘揚(yang)奉獻精神、狠(hen)抓工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落實,為(wei)優(you)(you)(you)質(zhi)(zhi)校建設(she)添磚加瓦(wa)。
